If you contact me via the form on the website or by email, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
Legal basis
As soon as you access my website as a user, your IP address and the start and end of the session are recorded. This is necessary for technical reasons and therefore constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 of the GDPR.
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing.
Server log files
When you visit my website, server log files are automatically collected (IP address, browser type, operating system, time, referrer URL). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (ensuring functionality). Storage period: max. 14 days.
Data processing for orders
For the processing of contracts, I process your name, address, email address, telephone number, payment details, and ordered products. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Data is only transferred to: payment service providers and banks for payment processing, shipping companies for delivery of goods, and tax advisors for the fulfillment of tax obligations. Storage period: 7 years (for tax purposes) and up to 10 years for product liability.
Cookies & Consent
My website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of your browser. They are completely harmless, but make this website more user-friendly. Technically necessary cookies (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) are set without consent. I only use analysis and marketing cookies with your express consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). However, you can change your cookie settings at any time using a consent tool. If you wish to deactivate cookies, the functionality of my website may be limited. The storage period depends on the respective cookie.
Google Maps
My website uses Google Maps (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your IP address is processed and, if necessary, transferred to servers in the USA. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. In addition, you can revoke your consent at any time.
